Keep M601 and M602 capacity choices separate
Standard CE390A is checked for the listed M601dn and M602dn examples. High-yield CE390X is checked for M602dn only; do not assume the larger cartridge fits M601dn.
Send the full printer model and old cartridge label if several machines share the office. A separate quote for each checked capacity makes the comparison clearer.
Replacing toner or another supply?
Send the exact printer message or a description of the print defect. Toner, drums and maintenance components differ by model; replacing toner is not a diagnosis of every printing fault.
