Different model suffixes, regional cartridges, chips, firmware or subscription arrangements may require a further check. If your model is not listed, ask us to identify your toner.
C600 and C605: extra-high toner is model-specific
Request a Compatible quote first, with Original Xerox available as an alternative. C600 and C605 share the standard and high capacity references, but their extra-high cartridges have different codes for each model. Quote requests for the largest capacity must include whether the printer is a C600 or C605.
The similar extra-high page ratings do not make those model-specific codes interchangeable. For routine replenishment, use the installed code and the colour warning to identify the replacement; for heavier use, compare the appropriate larger tier in the quote. State whether the machine has a toner supply agreement before ordering.
If your printer is covered by a metered, PagePack or managed-supplies agreement, include that information with your enquiry. We check the correct supply route and exact cartridge before quoting; a similar retail or contract reference is not an automatic substitute.
Replacing toner or another supply?
An imaging-unit, drum, waste-toner or maintenance message needs its own check. The right replacement depends on your exact model; send the complete warning so we can identify the appropriate supply.

- Full printer model and cartridge reference, if known.
- Colour and quantity, including individual replacements or a complete set.
- Delivery postcode, deadline and any recognition or firmware message.
We check suitable compatible options first and confirm the product, current price and delivery before you agree an order. Original toner is available if your organisation specifies it.
