Before you repeat the last toner order.
- Find the previous quote or cartridge reference and check the printer is unchanged.
- Confirm the colours and quantities you need this time.
- Mention any printer replacement, firmware update or cartridge warning.
- Check the delivery address, receiving hours and any school or office closure dates.
Reorder from a checked reference
A previous quotation or cartridge code is a useful starting point. Include it with the full printer model, then tell us the quantities needed for the next order. If a printer has been replaced, do not assume its old cartridge still fits.
Keep your own simple record of the agreed printer model, cartridge reference, toner type and department using it. That makes a later order easier to check and helps avoid sending the right cartridge to the wrong printer.
Plan the delivery around your receiving hours
Stockport business toner orders of £20 or more qualify for free next-working-day delivery, subject to stock and order confirmation by 4pm. Include the full postcode and the contact or department receiving the order.
Friday orders arrive on Monday, or the next working day if Monday is a bank holiday. For a school, shared reception or office with limited opening hours, tell us the dates when delivery cannot be received. Orders after 4pm and weekend enquiries need a confirmed delivery date from the team.
What changed since the last cartridge?
Firmware updates, a new print agreement or a changed printer can affect which options are suitable. Tell us about those changes before reordering a third-party cartridge, even if the previous order worked well.
We check compatible and remanufactured toner first where available for the exact model. Originals are also available, including where your organisation specifies them. Your quote confirms the toner type and any details that need checking before purchase.
Account enquiries for regular ordering
If toner orders are a recurring task, ask Cartridge Care about business account applications and repeat-order arrangements. Give the team the full list of printers and delivery sites so the discussion starts with your actual requirements.
We confirm account eligibility and terms with your organisation. This website handles enquiries; it does not take payment, create an automatic order or sign you up to a supply contract.
Your Stockport toner questions.
Can I use the previous order reference without the printer model?
Send the reference to start the enquiry and say whether anything has changed. The team may need the current model or cartridge code to verify the replacement before confirming the order.
Can delivery avoid school holidays or office closure days?
Tell us the dates and receiving hours when requesting the order. We will confirm the available delivery arrangements; an enquiry alone does not reserve a delivery date.
Do you have a separate Stockport branch?
Enquiries and supply are handled by the Cartridge Care team at the Swinton operating base. This is a Stockport delivery page, not a separate branch address.
